The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement between Nestue and the client.
3. Your Responsibilities

- Share accurate and complete information about your Amazon account or business.
- Follow Amazon’s rules, policies, and local laws.
- Avoid using our website or services for illegal or harmful activities.
4. Payments
- Payments must be made on time according to the agreed plan or milestones.
- Payments are usually non-refundable unless we agree otherwise.
- Delayed payments might lead to service interruptions or extra charges.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will keep your information safe. However, we are not responsible
for any data breaches caused by things beyond our control, like hacking
6. Ownership of Work
- The work we deliver (like product listings, strategies, or designs) belongs to you after you’ve paid for it.
- We may use general results or anonymized data (without revealing your identity) to showcase our skills in our portfolio or marketing materials.
7. What We Are Not Responsible For
We do our best to help your business succeed, but we cannot guarantee:
- Specific sales or revenue results.
- Protection from Amazon account suspensions or policy changes.
- Success in every situation, especially when external factors affect your busines
8. Ending the Agreement
You or Nestue can decide to stop working together. If you want to end the agreement, please let
us know in advance (30 days’ notices) as stated in our agreement. Any unpaid bills must be
cleared before the termination takes effect.
9. Disputes and Problem
If there’s a disagreement, we’ll try to solve it by talking things through. If that doesn’t work,
we’ll follow the laws of [Your Country] to resolve it fairly.
10.Non-Solicitation Policy
- If you are in touch with any member of the Nestue team as part of our project, you are not allowed to contact that team member separately for work or services.
- If a team member leaves Nestue, you may only contact them for work or services after 24 months from their leaving date.
- This policy helps protect our team and ensure fair business practices
